Welcome to Canberra: Home Movies from New Australian Families
As the Canberra region began to grow in the 1960s and ’70s with families from Europe, the Middle East and South-East Asia, many brought home movie cameras and documented their new lives. The NFSA have combed their collection for just a few of these films, and invited their original filmmakers and subjects to come and share their stories.
