Behind your eyes, between your ears
Digital media artist George Khut is making an interactive artwork with his brainwaves by using biomedical sensing technologies to explore embodiment and mind-body processes.
Khut will record digital portraits of participants. Transformations in the appearance and sound of the artwork are the result of attention and mental focus.
Central to Khut’s work is documentation of audience experience and the idea of the exhibition space as public laboratory – a space to encourage observation, hands-on experimentation and discussion.
