Melbourne-based Higher Arc magazine publishes literature and visual art, the local and the far away. Stunningly designed, published and produced, Higher Arc interprets and reinterprets, excerpts and extends, borrows and revises. Form is not fixed and finished is never completed. Issue #3 features cover art by Lizzy Newman, artist pages by Matthew Griffin, Sangeeta Sandrasegar and others, in addition to a plethora of intriguing texts, poems, excerpts, interviews and translations from a host of literary contributors, including Witold Gombrowicz, Daniel Sada, Damion Searls, Christos Tsiolkas, Eliot Weinberger and Christa Wolf. The issue also includes a curated ‘gallery’ by David Homewood featuring the likes of Stuart Ringholt, Ronnie van Hout, Constanze Zikos, The Donkey’s Tail, Christopher L.G. Hill and Lizzy Newman.
