Ingredients

30ml El Jimador Reposado Tequila
30ml Massenez creme de violettes
30ml lemon juice
15ml Prosecco
2 maraschino cherry

Method

Shake all the ingredients together with ice except for the Prosecco and maraschino cherry.  Strain into a coupe glass. Top with the Prosecco and garnish with a cherry at the bottom of the glass.
