How to make a staff rate booking
This ‘How to’ is designed to ensure all Hotel Hotel staff have access to the benefit of obtaining the special Family and Friends rate to experience the rooms.
all staff must ensure the required level of quality for this procedure is maintained at all times and that all staff, contractors and suppliers that this procedure affects are aware and trained.
- Staff at Hotel Hotel are offered a special family and friends rate of $165 in a cosy room. This is available to permanent Hotel Hotel and Monster kitchen and bar staff, and casual Hotel Hotel staff who have been employed for three months or more.
- To put in a booking request complete the Staff family and friends accommodation request template and submit to the RESERVATIONS MANAGER.
- If availability is confirmed the RESERVATIONS MANAGER will seek approval from the GENERAL MANAGER. Once approval is provided the RESERVATIONS MANAGER may complete the booking and confirm with the staff member.
- In the event that the hotel is overbooked, guest needs must take priority. The staff booking will be cancelled and notification provided.
- Staff are held responsible for the actions of any other guest accompanying them during their stay.
