We want Hotel Hotel to be cared for by a diverse set of real people – not clones. We love taking care of others and we encourage you to do this at Hotel Hotel in your own way, using your own character to bring a level of warmth and efficacy to all that you do. Our approach to service is never scripted or regimented. It is genuine and sincere. As such, we require all of our staff to have a high level of self-awareness and situational awareness. This means a clear perception of your own personality and a strong capacity for continual evaluation, reflection and improvement, along with an ability to perceive and remedy your surrounds.
We value mindfulness, integrity and active participation, and hope our staff will be guided by their own high personal standards and respect for all people. HH people are acutely aware they impact others, both on a personal level and in their capacity at work, and consequently adapt their behaviors to assist each other for the benefit of our guests. There is no mindset which says “this is not my job” when someone needs help. HH people recognise they are one part of an ecosystem and are aware of how their actions might affect others downstream.
